Protection of your personal information in accordance with Quebec's Bill 25

In accordance with Bill 25 - An Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information, Maeyva Corporation has designated a person responsible for the protection of personal information:

7 years after the last commitment

3 years after last communication
At the end of these periods, your information is securely destroyed or anonymized.

Privacy incident : In the event of an incident involving your personal information that presents a serious risk of harm, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, in accordance with Bill 25.

Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information.
Request the deletion of your personal information (right to be forgotten).
Receive your information in a structured, commonly used format.
