Protection of your personal information in accordance with Quebec's Bill 25

In accordance with Bill 25 - An Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information, Maeyva Corporation has designated a person responsible for the protection of personal information:

As part of our strategic consulting services, we may collect the following information:

In accordance with Law 25, we obtain your consent in the following ways:

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
7 years after the last commitment
7 years (tax requirements)
12 months maximum
3 years after last communication
At the end of these periods, your information is securely destroyed or anonymized.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, alteration and destruction.
Privacy incident : In the event of an incident involving your personal information that presents a serious risk of harm, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, in accordance with Bill 25.
Bill 25 gives you several rights regarding your personal information:
Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information.
Request the deletion of your personal information (right to be forgotten).
Receive your information in a structured, commonly used format.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.
